I would like to know what size syringe everyone is using for Trimix? I use a 58G or 58 1/2G. My pharmacist said that there is a finer syringe 59?

Anyone use it?

Ship,

You be meaning 28g .. 29g right?? And yeah of course there are finer needle gauges: 30g all the way to 34g .. not sure what the 34g would be used for .. maybe eye injections?

You can go back and edit your original post to the correct sizes you meant -- just be logged in and you can always edit away as often as you like.

The smallest gauge available for an insulin syringe is 31. There is an insulin pen that can be had in a 32 gauge, but no syringes. You are probably correct about the specialized uses for the thinner gauges. I have had several 31 gauge needles bend while trying to pierce the tunica. Accordingly, I would guess gauges finer than 31 would be useless for penile injection.

I use insulin syringes: 31g - 5/16". I get them from my compounding pharmacy in packs of 10 for $3.00.
