I am currently on PAPA/PHENTO/PG 30MG/2MG/20MCGML

I am up to .35mL injections with erections that last about 10 minutes. That's it.

My doctor says that we are at the maximum level of Trimix that we can use. That would mean that I have about 5 more injection levels and I am done.

My fear is that I will top out with this mix and still not have sustainable erections. An implant is not an option for me so if the injections fail, I am in trouble.
I won't even mention the pain that has started at .30mL.

Does anyone know if my mixture is the maximum for injections? Is there anywhere to go from here?

Do a search on FT for rocket fuel. I kid you not there's at least one post that claims a strength of 150/5/50! I seriously doubt my Uro. would script something that strong. I have a hunch trying 150/5/50 would leave me with a burned up stub. There is also Quadmix but the additional ingredient is so volatile that alot of compounders wont mix it. I think I had about the same strength as yours, maxed out at 100 units, called it quits and set my sights on going bionic.

No, that's not maximum. The alprostadil (PGE-1) can get a lot higher. I'm on mono-mix of straight alprostadil at 80mcg/ml. I have to inject it slowly to avoid pain. You may be near maxed out if you are sensitive to alprostadil and are one of the guys that can't tolerate much of it.

Have you tried adding a novelty cock ring to the mix? That helps me.

I have looked at cock rings but I don't quite understand them.

Some say put them on before you inject, some say after. Some say measure and get fitted, others say use hairbands from Walmart.
I will probably look into them next given that I am getting erections from the Tri-Mix, although not great erections.

Yeah, there is often a lot of trial and error with cock rings. I'm not talking medical grade for use with a VED. You are correct that there are many different styles and options. If a woman's hair scrunchie works for you then that's great. I need a stiffer silicone ring. This is adam and Eve link to what I'm currently using. I bought from someone on Amazon:

This kit gives you plenty of sizes to experiment with. You kinda need to stretch them out a bit to break them in.

I also like some I've purchased that are Lyps brand. Everybody is different so expect some rejects. I don't criticize anybody choice. If it works for you it's the right one.

I put the ring on behind the boys. I put it on immediately after injecting. But do whatever works for you. Experiment!

For what it's worth, I'm injecting 30mg Papaverine, 4mg Phentolamine and 40mcg Alprostadil. 30 units gives me a very hard erection which typically lasts around 2 hours. So, at least to me, you are far from the max. Good luck.

Ratt19: You can use Trimix plus sildenafil (generic Viagra). I'm using 20 units (0.20mL) Papa/Phento/Pg 30/1/45 + 100mg sildenafil. Sildenafil is amazingly cheap compared to Viagra! 600mg costs me $30, a month's supply. I find that I have less pain than when using the weaker Trimix alone, probably because I'm only using a quarter as much Trimix now. For the rings, go to your nearest sex toy store. Overcome your diffidence and ask the clerk for advice; most clerks of both sexes are are knowledgable about aids and like to help. (Hurray for the sexual revolution!) Instead of rings I like the little sheaths; they're about an inch (2.5cm) long and usually come as a package of three different diameters for pretty cheap, maybe $5. If you're thin like me and the smallest diameter doesn't squeeze tightly enough you can double up. No need to get fitted, just experiment when you're hard. I put the sheath on when I'm hard or almost hard, at the penis base just ahead of the scrotum. Don't forget to take it off after finishing, so blood flow isn't restricted.
