Viagra vs Alprostadil injection

I'm 75. 100mg Viagra gives me about 60 percent erection for
about 7-10 minutes. Dr is recommending using 40 units of
Alprostadil. Is that to much injection? What's your experience?

my self i take 2 100 viagra tablets and 20mg of edex and 20 is almost to much as far as my cock swelling to the point that it aches but i kinda like the feeling. also after i get my nut dick stays up for at least 2 hours , but if i can pee it goes down a lot faster after you pee, just a heads up i had double by pass open heart sugery 3-20-2020

Thanks for your reply. He prescribed Alprostadil 40mcg.
He suspects venous leak. I will discuss dosage in my visit this week
when he shows me how to inject.
