I'm guessing the depth setting is off. If I'm at the wrong depth the plunger is very difficult to depress. Don't force it as you'll get a bad injection. Press the injector into your dick a little harder and try the plunger or try pulling it out a smidge.

Yes you need to make sure the injector is pressed tight against your penis. Needle depth is important too. Put an empty needle in the injector to see how far it sticks out. Adjust as necessary.

I have the autoinjector II, which is different than the inject-ease, but I found out by doing the same thing with an empty syringe, that if you set the depth gauge per the instructions for a BD 1cc syringe with a 1/2 inch needle the injector only inserts the needle about half way or less into your penis. Same goes for a 1cc syringe with a 5/16 inch needle. You need to get the needle all the way in to the nub. That being said, I adjusted the depth gauge so the nub at the back of the needle is just barely inside the gauge and everything seems to be working fine.

If you keep using the same spot, there may be scar tissue forming.

Yes. That was my mistake when I was using Trimix and the auto injector. One spot on the right always seemed to work. It's been 2 1/2 years since my last injection and there is still some bruising there.
