Trimix medications

Dr switching me to Trimix was on just Alprostadil.
Need longer erection time. Of the three meds in Trimix
which one gives longest erection time, if anyone knows.
Can't find it in research. Wondering if someone can
Comment based upon your experience from using
different mix formulas.
