I have been using 40/2/30 Trimix for 4 years now. 4-5 units give me 3 hours of very good and comfortably erection once a week. My last vial is over 2.5 years old. Still clear and still as potent as when it was brand new. I keep the vials and filled syringes frozen of course.

Sometimes I leave the syringe at room temperature for days and notice no difference. In my experience Trimix is not as time and temperature sensitive I believed it was. I don’t worry about it as much on trips anymore. I was worried about sterility, but as long as it’s clear I think it’s ok.

This is my personal experience and I don’t suggest to anyone to follow my method. I’m just not as stressed out about Trimix loosing potency as I was at the beginning of my journey.

I think I'm becoming desensitized to it - even though I've only done about 70 injections over 18 months.

At first I got 3 hours of "16 year old" erection with 8 units (and dick-ache for a day after). Now I get a 30 year old erection with 15 units that lasts 1.5-2 hours (no ache). I've tried a fresh bottle and no significant change. I can still get "natural" erections just the same as before when going solo. I'm a bit reluctant to keep upping the dose for fear of becoming even more desensitized.

I am very blessed. Even though I have very bad natural erections, my dose hasn’t changed in over three years. It’s only 5 units of 40/30/2 and stay hard for 3 hours every week. Maybe a stronger formula, but smaller amount is better?

Mine is 15/1/20 (Papervine/Phentolamine/Pge) so about half the strength of yours, however it's still a but worrying that after only 18 months it doesn't work like it did.

I do find that of course a lot has to do with the thoughts in my mind. A hot steamy session will get it super hard and last longer.

In contrast if I'm nervous I can sometimes have complete failures and have to do another 10-15 unit injection to get it up. My theory is that being nervous causes everything to be drained out of the penis before it can have any impact.

30-2 will make it last longer but not harder. Amount of PGE-1 is what makes it hard. I am not a doctor and this is what I read. You may be getting venous leakage. I don't know if it comes on slowly or all of a sudden.
