Is it ok to use a VED after injecting Tri-Mix? I seem to lose the hardness when my wife is on top and am hoping a VED would help.

Some guys can do it. I get a hematoma if I try using a pump after injecting. Have you experimented with novelty (sex shop) cock rings?

Dr. Perito is a big fan of VED. He told me to put it on after pumping up implant or injections and pump it up until it's ok but one more pump would hurt and leave it there for a while. If you find that you get a hematoma, go down one pump.
