Trimix strength

I’m currently on a Trimix formula of 30mg2mg20mcg/ml. I told my Urologist that the #10 hardness Level only lasted about 10 minutes and then it went to a 7 or 8 for another 45 minutes. I asked to fine tune a little and change formula to make it a little harder a little longer. He said I needed to move to a quad mixture. What change to this formula will make the erection harder longer?

I upped the amount of pge1 in my trimix from 13 to 14.7 and went from a 80,?% to 100%
edex and tri mix 45/1/27 26 units
