I am gonna visit a girl I met over the weekend and hopefully it might lead to Sex.
I hooked up with her before and I injected Alprostadil 5mcg which did not lead to a sufficient erection. (Have been taking 20mg tadalafil as well) but had drunk half a bottle of wine (but like 3-4 hours before).
Well, I never had a failure so far, but I did use 10mcg before which lead to priapism in less than 50% of the cases which I had to cool down with ice and pseudoepehdrin tablets. But I liked to be able to go 2-3 times in a row. But the priapism just started afetr getting comfortable with the other girl.
With the new girl there might be some nervousness but I think about taking 7.5 mcg but I relly want to avoid a second „fail“ in a row.
The thing is when testing the injections at my place I get varying results, with 7.5mcg I got a priapism, with 5 mcg as well but recently the 5mcg just led to a 30min erection.
I think about adding 0.5m of doxazosine, an alpha blocker to combat my anxiety/nervousness.
I am using caverject impuls which only has 2.5/5/7.5/10mcg as strength variations.
