Ive been using 1/2inch Needle 30gauge and there is always discomfort when injecting on the 3 and 9 o'clock sides. I tend to inject very very slowly. It seems to take me a minute to insert the entire thing.
Do I just have a very thick cavernosa causing the discomfort? Its not pain but it definitely feels like something is going through it.
I tried using 5/16 and there is no discomfort but haven't had as good of erections.
Does anyone else have this same issue? I haven't tried injecting anywhere other than 3pm and 9pm.
Also my erections always seem to last 4-5 hours when I do them right and i'm only using 5 units. Do you think I would find success with 2 or 3 units for less than 4 hours? OR is my mix too strong?
My mix is PAP 30 / PHE 1/ PGE 25

Re: Needle Length
You might try dropping down to 30/1/10, it's the weakest strength of tri mix and see if that at least cuts time in half, but not sure if it will affect hardness or not. I'm on 30/2/50 and it's not working well at all and not sure what to do with that! Anyhow see if that works. The injections are a trial and error, patience ( which can get thin) and mentally draining until you get it right if you can.

Another thing, I use 31g, 5/16 and when sticking my dick I just kind of jiggle it in until I get into the CC.

I learned very quickly that my pharmacists was a great source of info regarding lots of things. Needle length was one of those things. He talks to a lot of folks about what works best etc. He is a great trusted friend also. Highly recommend talking to one you really like and developing a good relationship with him/her.

Here's a thought I had. If the Alprostadil/PGE1 is what's causing the ache couldn't I turn the Trimix into Bimix by leaving it out at room temp?
I think that's the only ingredient that needs to be kept refrigerated in order to work. Otherwise you just have bimix correct?
I currently have 10ML of the trimix formula so I guess I'd want to be certain its the PGE1 that is causing the ache so I could fill a syringe and leave it out for a few days and then test to see it if works?
