I'm new to Trimix injections. I'm not having any success with it. My first injection (5 units, 0.5) by the doc lasted about 45 min and certainly not hard enough for insertion. He suggested it would be with stimulation. He suggested increasing it to 0.7 or 0.8.
First time at home, 0.7 only lasted about an hour and, again, not hard enough. Also, I developed a very mild case of edema.
Second time, 0.8, I missed my target and nothing happened except for a case of edema. My penis felt strange for a couple of days, no hurt, just strange.
Third and latest, 0.8, I hit the target but the effect lasted about an hour and didn't get hard enough for penetration. I also developed edema again.
Any ideas about the time (an hour or so) when I'm getting only 50-70% hard? Has anyone experienced developing edema from the shots? Between bouts of edema, I pumped using my Bathmate and air pumps with no edema developing.

Re: Advice for Problems with Trimix
What is your tri mix strength? I think your meaning 7 units. I have found that the tri mix has given me more tiny spider like veins on the shaft everywhere, but I also have to watch for the veins on the corpra also . My tunic is thin enough to see the CC veins enough to try to miss, so you have veins on tunica and the corpra, I'm running out of real estate, lol. I still Nick one now and again .

I don't know your injection mix but 8 units really isn't very much. You have lots of room to experiment with. Just use caution bumping up the volume.
If you're having trouble with your injection technique, which you appear to be having, I can possibly give you a link to my own injection video. It might help. It not very well done and is obviously amateur. I'm not even sure it's still there but if interested I'll check. There was another guy that did one and hosted it on a porn site. It was much more professional looking than mine but is on a porn site if that's an issue. It might still be there but I don't have the link. I don't know of any other videos anymore but I haven't looked lately. YouTube removed many videos even though they weren't erotic or sexual other than the obvious topic of dealing with a dick.
I'm using 28 guage 1/2" needles. I do take a minor dose of Coumadin for a genetic condition. I take mix 5 (?) 30-1-10 of Trimix. I went from 5 to 8 units. I'm planning to call my uro to talk about my options.
As for videos, I'll watch anything that will help (I sunbathe nude in the backyard so I'm not concerned). I've watched a couple of in the flesh videos, but ready to learn more.
Thanks for your help.

I occasionally wear a cock ring, but I haven't when injecting. I bought an off the rack set poor three. I don't like the "sticky" feeling of the rubber/neoprene ones when they dry out. I'll try it next time I try to take the shot to f*** my wife (sorry, my libido is really high). I have to work this evening or I'd be trying it now.

My Trimix is 30-1-10. Unit = 0.10. I started with 5 and then to 8. I nicked a vein once, but may have also missed the tunics and corpra. I still have plenty of "real estate" left with no apparent veins.
