He said: "Will try DS trimix with procainamide".

What does the DS stand for?

I Googled procainamide and all I see is it's for abnormal heart palpitations. LOL! Is he prescribing me the wrong medicine?  He said he's adding an analgesic to my Trimix. I can't stand the pain of PGE after 20 units, it's awful. Bimix does nothing for me but it's painless. LOL Does anyone have experience with procainamide and was it successful in relieving your PGE pain and allowed you to continue with Trimix?

EDIT!!! I think I figured out what's going on. "This note was created using voice recognition software." I think the software misread him in transcribing the report and what he said was LIDOCAINE.

It seems different compound pharmacies have different "product names" of Trimix, like "Trimix Regular", "Trimix plus"...etc

So maybe "DS Trimix" is a product name.

Yup! It was lidocaine. So my new mix is named TRIPLE P SUPER / 0.5% LIDOCAINE

Papaverine 30mg/ml - Phentalomine 2mg/ml - PGE1 50mcg/ml

So I did 20 units and it was good for 30 minutes of hardness BUT... NO PAIN! 8-) I believe going to 40 units so I can last an hour, will also not cause significant pain, I'll let you guys know in a few days. If 40 units does cause pain, I'll ask for 1% Lidocaine. This LIDOCAINE in the mix is a very REAL and effective treatment for us who can't handle the PGE pain. Pass it around! 8-)

I trust you have some experience that gives you confidence doubling your dose is safe. Otherwise it seems pretty risky to me.

Good luck.

Did the lidocaine give you a numb cock? Where you able to feel the pleasure of what you were doing with it? Where you able to orgasm?
I do have ache from Trimix but I also struggle to cum at times and anything that would make it more difficult to reach orgasm is out of the question for me.

GoodWood, the lidocaine did NOT numb my cock on the outside. I don’t know what it did inside but ALL the pleasure centres on the outside were as per usual. And YES, I had a fantastic orgasm. LOL

THIS IS A GAME CHANGER, FOLKS! CHECK IT OUT!

If you typically need more than 20 units in a 50mcg PGE mix, maybe ask for the 1% lidocaine. I’m trying 40 units later this week and will follow up. 20 units was completely painless and I nutted. GAME CHANGER! 8-)

What compounding pharmacy did you use? My doc wrote the script but they wouldn’t fill it. They said they would investigate and might be willing to do it in the future.
