Do any Canadians have Atropine in their mix in lieu of PGE?

I can't find any info on whether it's on the approved List of medications. Do your Canadian doctors add it to your mix?

Is “quadmix” available is Canada might be an easier question to answer.
Generally “quadmix” is the three typical components of Trimix plus atropine.
Then the next step is to find a compounding pharmacy that mixes custom. Some have a standard list of 7 or 8 mixes. Others will mix whatever the physician orders (as long as the components are compatible in solution).
