So for the first 5 months 15 cc of Trimix 30-1-10 worked great. Injected anywhere up and down the left and right side gave me an hour long erection with about another hour of staying 60-70 erect. No problems injecting and no aching afterward. Then all of a sudden 15 cc on the right side only got me elongated. This happened three straight times in locations known to work, however 15 cc on the left side continued to work great. Now I need 20 cc on the right. I get a great erection for about 45 mins but usually start hanging at about an hour in. Not a big deal sex lasts about 20-30 mins. I just notice that with 20 on the right I don't have an erection as long as 15 on the left. Anyone else use two different strength on opposite sides? The shots go in smooth on both sides. I'm plumped up from foreplay so that's not the issue. I'm just scratching my head about suddenly needing 5 cc more on one side...

I may actually be experiencing something very similar to you. I need to start paying a little more attention to which side is injected and the subsequent result. I have been using the same dose as you have for 18 months, probably twice a week. in the last few weeks the strength and duration of the erection have both decreased. There were times early on where I almost grabbed the pseudoephedrine (Sudafed) to tame the guy down. Not like that anymore. Still enough for me to penetrate and climax, but sometimes my wife is feeling deprived (but never voices her frustration, she is awesome). Might need to discuss with my URO.

Also, I am 26 months post RP. The unassisted erection has not happened. However, frequency and quality of night time wood is improving. And, where an intercourse worthy erection was impossible early on after RP with 100mg sildenafil .... I was able to penetrate with 60mg dose about a week ago.

Any relationship between less effective results from Trimix and nerve-healing progress? I am after the HOLY GRAIL. Unassisted erection!
