Frequency of Trimix, mastirbation, and sex

My new-to-me Uro recently gave me a prescription for Trimix marked inject every other day. My wife and I have sex about once a week or a little more. I don't masturbate between times as I felt it would hurt my chance of orgasm during sex with wife. I'm somewhat anorgasmic during penetration, but ok with manual stimulation.

IIt popped into my head that MAYBE ejaculation every other day or so might actually improve my performance. Seems backwards to me; but maybe increased frequency ramps up the system.

Foolhardy or wishful thinking?

I have had three urologists and they all advised me to take a day off in between shots. I usually follow that rule except on a sexy vacation or weekend splurge. On vacation I have injected as much as twice a day for five or six days in a row and never had a problem.

However, another guy might try that and end up in the hospital. One solution to play it safe is to only inject 3-4 days a week and use a vacuum pump on the off days.

My urologist also provided Trimix with frequency of every other day. That's way too frequent for my wife (and probably me), When I asked about it, he said use Trimix as needed, but not on sequential days. Maybe 1 or 2 times a week, but not every other day for me. (Soon to be 78).

When I was using Trimix once a week was usually the most I'd use it. Occasionally twice a week. That was for sex with the wife. On a rare occasion I would wake with morning wood and masturbate. That never made me lose the urge for sex with the wife. Don't think it made me last any longer either.
And if anyone thinks too much masturbation can cause them to lose sensation then my dick ought to be as numb as a doorknob. From age 12 up it was a nightly thing, until marriage. Still do it quite often.
