Haven't had any priaprism issues, but the other day I injected and didnt end up needing it until the 3hr point. When she wrapped her hands around me she said it was cold and giggled. When I was still injecting I did notice times of my penis being cold after a lengthy erection. So I would say cold penis after injection is a thing. I know I didn't have venous leakage, so I just assume it's from the blood trapped in penis and not circulating in the body.
