time frame after injection?

I have just experienced something for the third time. If I have sex with my wife within 20 or so minutes of injecting, I find that I don't/can't ejaculate. But if we wait at least 45 minutes to an hour after injecting, no problem with ejaculation. Anyone else had a similar experience when injecting?
80 yr old; injecting 15units Trimix (30mg papaverine,6mg phentolamine,30mcg prostaglandin) in Oct 2020 with great results; Inject 2-3 times a week

Yes, it happens to me all the time. It could be very frustrated sometimes.
I have talked to some of my friends about it and they have the same problem.
57 yo, PHX, AZ. ED all my life.Used Viagra,Cialis,Trimix failed. Implanted AMS 700CX 21 cm +2 cm RTE on 03/11/2021. Dr Shawn Blick.
Pre/post-op size length 6.0"X 6.5" girth. Cycling at week 2,Sex at week 3.
Cycling full erected 1hr am, 1hr pm

I think it depends on the mix, but it seems when it is at its peak it causes this.
45yo, venous leak. Pills increased tinnitus (very rare). Using bimix+atropine, 0.2 of:
Atropine Sulfate: 52MCG/ML, Phentolamine MES: 0.9MG/ML, Papaverine HCL: 26MG/ML

Well, thanks. I never heard of this but I HAVE had trouble with intravaginal orgasm. Something to look into. It didn't used to be the case, but has been for the past few months.
78 yrs, ED for 4-5 years, currently using Trimix, Giddy

i get the same thing with edex 20 and when i am using xxxx trimix the wife gets tired after a half hour , one thing that helps sometimes is to make sure that you pee before injection1
