HOw long have you been injecting and do longer-haulers notice any changes?

I've been injecting just over 4 years now, started with Caverject 20mcg, then a moderate dose of TriMix at 30-1-20) at 0.4ml, then a higher dose of TriMixat (30-2-40), then striger yet at 30-2-60, and now back to 60mcg/ml Monomix. With comprehensive supplementary "PT" I've gotten the dose down from 0.30-0.60 ml to 0.20-0.30 ml, but anorgasmia has set in. Usually pretty reliable and we've got our groove back.

I've used mono mix at 40mcg/ml, for a year and this year trimix at 30/2/20, I'd be interested to hear what your comprehensive PT plan involved to streamline your dose, and what was your reasons why the preference to return to mono mix/ pge 1,

I have been injecting just over 2 years. Started with 20 units in URO office. After what seemed a lifetime, I was 16 years old again. It gave me a 3 to 4 hour steel rod but I also had a terrible ache in the head of my cock. I finally played around with the dose and have cut it down to either 10 or 5 units. Ten will give me a good 2 hour boner with very little ache, not enough to disrupt the mission. Five will give me a 45 minute to hour with no ache. Time to either play with the wife or go solo.

1. I went back to straight PGE because I felt I had a sensitivity to either papavarine and/or phentolamine. I always seemed to have a worse ache, and more red and swollen area at the injection site. I even did some sensitvity testing at an allergist but no strong result there. I've done a post on this somewhere in injections. I've tried various mixes at various strengths and am in a groove now with 12-18 mcg PGE 2-3 times a week.

2. Again "PT" detailed in a post somewhere else and comments on other guys related posts. Kind of like this fellow but nowhere near as rigorous or broad: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=14079&start=20 . My goal was to provide more and more frequent blood infusion to the penis trying to do something at least daily, via (briefly): frequent mild pumping with a rec ring, 5 mg daily Cialis, occasional 0.10ml injections on longer layoffs, clamping with morning wood (due to Cialis), various supplements like NOx, L-Argenine, a Horny Goat Weed mix, getting my testosterone up from borderline low. This now for over 1-3 years depending on the aspect and injecting for 4. I'm already fairly healthy and fit for my age, eat OK, and don't smoke or drink excess alcohol, etc. And no Rx health drugs. More aware of what drugs, Rx and OTC, exacerbate ED and DE. The result has been a more engorged, colorful, bulging veins, responsive and larger unit allowing less PGE use and less ache/burn. I think we, me included for a long time, rely too much on chemical magic via pills and then injections, and probably neglect the basics. Like with diet and statins, and weight and diabetes, etc. Trying to solve the anorgasmia now but wife really likes the longer duration.
