I’m interested in a few different aspects of guys responses to ED injections.

1) How long on average does it take to to get a full erection after injecting?
(About 4 to 5 minutes in my case.)

2) Does your response vary and why?
(I have never noticed any variation based on time of day or injection site for example)

3) Do you need ‘stimulation in order for the injection to work?
(In my case, it’s a totally “hands-free” process which I find enjoyable)

4) Is there a noticeable change in the quality of the erection over time?
(Definite stages for me. Very very firm for the first 15 minutes. A little less - say 85 - 90% for the next 45 minutes, although still fully functional.)

5) Does your position affect the quality of the erection?
(For me, after the initial first stage, the quality of the erection can be aversely affected if I’m standing up)

Any other comments about how it progresses for you?

1) about 30 sec - 1 min. Injected side gets hard first causing pronaunced curve but the rest catches up quickly.
2) some variation based on injection site. Closer to base works best, 3:00 & 9:00 work best.
3)not sure of I need it. But I try to spread meds evenly with massage.
4)very firm all the time. Only change is in glans and corpus spongiosum. Sometimes no inflation. Other times come and goes at various levels.
5) position makes little difference.

I frequently have either long lasting erection or little to no erection. It's a function of amount injected. I know that I'm going to be erect long after my partner has had enough. I don't mind though. It does give me fantasies of servicing the whole cheerleader squad. Alaa those are just fantasies.

2. Yes. I need more on the right side but not sure why. Also closer to the base works better for me.

4. No. I have a great erection all throughout sex. Sex usually lasts 25-45 minutes. About 10 minutes after finishing I'll start to go soft.
5. No. The position does not effect my erection.

I hadn’t heard about the possibility of one side responding in a different way from the other.
I always assumed that the fact that the two chambers are joined meant that the effect is felt equally on both sides

I suspect my ‘positional’ variation is something to do with some blood leakage when I’m vertical

Interesting that both of these replies referred to variable response / dosage on the two sides.
Not something that I had been aware of.

Also, it’s interesting that you start to go soft after orgasm.
In my case, ejaculation has little of no effect

Typically less than 5 min

Time of day makes no difference, neither does side of penis. As long as I get the correct depth, it’s great.

3) Do you need ‘stimulation in order for the injection to work?
No stimulation required, which is especially important in my case. Psychological issues.

4) Is there a noticeable change in the quality of the erection over time?
No change in quality. Blue steel from liftoff to when it starts to subside. 2.5 hrs to 4 hrs depending on dose and desire of partner.

5) Does your position affect the quality of the erection?
Position makes no difference. Standing, sitting, lying on back, or missionary. All good!
