Got my first shot 3 and a half hours ago....still hard....taken 180 mgs of Sudafed (not all at once) and nothing....what should I do?!?!?!? I don't wanna go to the ER....insurance is terrible and I'd pay a fortune. Took cold shower and hot one as well....but haven't exercised yet. Help!

Put in a call to your doctor!
I'm not a medical professional of any kind. Anything I post is at best based on my own experiences and at worst based on delusions or hallucinations. Internet forum advice is likely worth what you paid for it, or worse. Always ask your doctor and follow his/her advice.
This is not medical advice or even good advice:
Do you know how to do Kegels? How about reverse Kegels? The best but very inadequate explanation for a reverse Kegel I can come up with is to try to use your abdominal muscles as if your trying to force out a BM. Now while doing a reverse Kegel put your hand around your dick and give it a steady but firm long lasting squeeze. But not to hard and only while doing the reverse Kegel. Squeezing too hard could (just speculating) damage some of those valves and cause or worsen a venous leak. So be firm but gentle and only while doing the reverse Kegel. This may do you no good but it does work for me. Granted, if the meds are still having too much effect I'll bone out again after I quit but I figure I'll have exchanged some old blood for new oxygenated blood and then repeat the process in a few minutes.
The above advice may well be bad advice so....

Sorry to hear you had to go the ER. A scary and potentially expensive result.
After you get a reduced prescription strength make sure you have the injectable antidote phenylephrine on hand for your next attempt. Much more effective than oral sudafed.
In the same way that ed injections are more potent than oral ed meds due to direct application to the source of the problem the injection antidode goes directly to the problem too. It's fine to try oral sudafed if you don't wait until the 4th hour. If your case is mild it may work fine. But, leave time for a backup plan. The ER can then be your plan C.
