Hi,
I had my first injection Monday at my uro,10 units, got about 30% erection. Did a practice run solo Wednesday, 15 units, had a small improvement, maybe 50%. I’m thinking of going to 20 units tonight with the wife, hoping that with foreplay I get to where I need to be.
Does this sound reasonable?
Increasing dose
Re: Increasing dose
Yes. Sounds reasonable.
Many of us find a cockring (not a constriction ring) helpful as well. A variety of sizes and materials are available (metal rings, leather straps, silicone/rubber rings). I find a thick silicon ring works great. It stretches to pull over my shaft and under my balls. Enough give to get in and off, but tight enough to help my erection be harder and last longer.
Give it a try.

Re: Increasing dose
I was started at 25 units and increased by 5 units until I found 45 units to be the right dose. However, after a month, I had to slowly reduce the dose until 15 units generated the proper erection - 100% for 1.5 hours.

Re: Increasing dose
I started at 20 units. Worked my way down to 10 units for a good 1.5 hour playtime. 5 units for 45 min to 1 hour.
It's an individual thing and you will have to just play with the dose, but you will find the right amount that works best for YOU.

After almost two years at 15 units (0.15 cc), I am going to try increasing my dose. I have about 25 syringes in the freezer, preloaded with 15 units. Hate to waste the Trimix, and not sure I should double my dosage. I think I will compromise and try 22 units (one 15 unit dose, followed by 7 units from the second syringe).
Anyone done anything like this on your journey?

Re: Increasing dose
I would think you could just thaw one of the syringes from the freezer and add the amount from the vial to get the dose you want to try.
I don't keep syringes in the freezer, only my vials of juice. I do keep some syringes loaded in the fridge along with the vial I am drawing from at the time, but I am thinking of just keeping the juice in the fridge I am drawing from and load a empty syringe when needed. I have found that some syringes, especially BD brand tend to harden the stopper when loaded and kept in the fridge making pushing the plunger down more difficult when injecting.
Good luck

Re: Increasing dose
I had about the same reaction as you to 10 units. I've settled in around 25. My girlfriend is very happy!
45 y.o. ED and Low T since about 28. Cialis for ~15 years, Viagra since 11/2020, starting Tri-Mix on 1/28/2021.
Re: Increasing dose
Update.
20 units on Saturday, a slight improvement, maybe 65% erect. Went solo again at 20 units yesterday, went to about 85% erect, felt like enough for penetration, but the wife was out, so not positive.
I’m not sure why that happened. I’m thinking of upping the dose to 22-25 units to see if I get to 100%.
What do you think?

Re: Increasing dose
It sounds reasonable to me. You seem to have been cautious in increasing your dose, a wise path. What is your mix?
R.R.P 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. M. Wehle. Not nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 8 - 14 units. Originally Edex20, then compounded PGE due to cost. Inject. 12 yrs. It works. Treasure coast of FL.
Re: Increasing dose
Thanks for the reply. I’m using 30-1-10. My uro said that was the starter mix. I’ve had this issue for several years, so a few more weeks to get it right isn’t a problem for me.
