Injection in the upper third?

I've been using Trimix for several years, always injecting toward the base, alternating sides. I am wider at the base of the penis where there is sort of a flare. I wonder if I were to inject mid-shaft, or even in the upper third if thie would tend to even out the girth. Comments?

Injecting can definitely increase size over time, though doctors do not like to admit this. Seems reasonable that the size increase would be largest around the injection site.

I tend to move around on my shaft a good bit and without undue difficulty. However, as far as I can tell it doesn't increase girth more in the area of the injection. Overall, yes it may increase girth. The VED does for sure.

I don't have a very diverse experience with VEDs. I did try a couple of cheap sex shop pumps but found them to be poorly made. My only experience with medical grade is with the Osbon Erecaid Esteem manual system.

The Osbon Erecaid Esteem manual system is well made and durable. It has an easy to use ring loader. It's easy to pump. For me the manual pump is designed to be so easy to operate that I've never had any desire for an electric version although one of the cheap sex shop pumps was electric. It has a easy to use pressure relief valve. They also probably make the best rings.

It does have limited girth potential which may be an issue. It does not have a pressure gauge or a practical way to add one. It is expensive. There is a release for the ring applicator that broke early on but it was so unnecessary I never missed it and made no effort to repair it. It was superfluous.

I've had mine for 10 years and I'm mostly very satisfied with it. I don't have any experience with any other medical grade VEDs so I can't give a comparison.

As I mention previously, the Osbon rings are probably the best.

Osbon Erecaid Esteem

I just did a search for the Osbon Erecaid Esteem and found a variety of prices. One medical device site had it for $230 which is somewhat pricier than some other similar devices.

However, your device has lasted you for 10 years! That is a remarkable cost of $23 a year!
