My last vial lasted 12 months before it started losing oomph. To answer your next question, I use a small dose.

Mine seems to loose it's umps after 4 months. I recently had to increase my dosage from 12 to 15 units. i will know better once I start my new vial and try 12 units again.

Sad because it starts to go bad after four months or sad that it takes four monts to use up a vial? I would prefer if I could use up a vial in one month, but my wife no longer has the stamina to go for it three or four times a week. However, she does let me have penetrative non orgasmic sex at least four times a week using a pump and tension band. We save the happy juice for our once a week all out orgasmic sex. Also reduces the potential for scaring.
