Well hi everyone, I am 24 years old and struggling this like 5 years. Yea its been kind a hell
My story is brain lack of hyphosis gland then normal. My hormones messed up and low T levels
So far. I got sustanon every 3 months, but no development so far, maybe I fried my brain with porn or other problems with life
So viagra stopped working, then my doc offered me needles and that was 2 years ago
And I couldnt stick to my penis. Got numbing creams autoinjectors etc. But even with them cant do it I dont know. If someone help me with this I'll be happy.
Cuz there is 2 option left for me as far I can see

Hi,
lets face it the "THE NEEDLE GOES WHERE!!!" is stress personified. It is our most prized possession. We have grown up with it and god know how many times a day we give it a tug, scratch, pull it out to pee and not to mention the discovery and joy of our daily stress relief.
I did all the same things, ice, cream, auto inject because i absolutely could not inject.
The anxiety is what first needs to be managed before relearning to give your self an injection. The anxiety can best be handle with discussion with a professional and maybe a mild anxiety drug. Then you need to get used to the auto inject feeling, sound, snap before any syringes are added. Once a syringe is added maybe someone can be there to encourage you. It takes time and the anxiety needs to start to subside and you must repeat the process. You also need to have a pleasant experience once you have successfully injected, celebrate. This is my journey as i realized it. I sent you a Private Message if you want to chat.
You can do this !! if i can anyone can.

Yea I remember when I first went to the men's clinic and they told me what they planned to do. In my mind I'm going "no f**king way" but since I already paid a couple hundred plus the fact a tech was gonna do it I only had to sweat it out for several minutes until he came in with the needle. They used an auto injector, and to my surprise I hardly felt it. It worked well but driving home was misery. Wanted to wank off in the car, LOL.

had a little anxiety at first but not so much now. I had to try 10 times before I got the right mix and inject technique figured out. You can always try prostate massage with a urethral sound or a butt toy. or both.

Yeah i feel you. I was also scared of needles and hated blood, particularly my own. Now i'm used to it. I suggest you use a small gauge needle, I use a 31 gauge needle and i barely feel it.

For what it's worth, my Urologist said to use nothing less than a 29 gauge needle, either 5/16 or 1/2 inch. He's had several patients that broke off the 31 gauge needles in their penis, which is very problematic and potentially serious. Could have been cheap needles or the like, but don't know for sure.

I can't guarantee it could never happen but I've used "cheap" 31 gauge needles almost exclusively for years and I've never had one come close to breaking. I have a fair number of times, for sake of security, folded the needle over and put the cap back over it. A good number of times I've checked by removing the cap and the bent over needle was still firmly attached to the syringe. I just don't see it happening but then I'm no medical professional so what do I know.

I too had that needle anxiety thing. Once I built up enough nerve to stab my tool.....I tried, tried, tried and the results didn't work out for me. The first couple stabs, I thought I was man enough to carry this out. Boy was I wrong. I documented each event for the Uro. It worked for about 5 stabs......then just nothing. Must have been my nervousness with shootings. I had many issues....We modified the formulas, the Uro even administered some shots, the penis numbness, and then finally the penis started looking like a banana. I know there are some medical terms to this, but I don't know them. So I went back to the Pump. It's easier to use and it's helping my banana to straighten out. I admire and envy those that can continue to shoot themselves. I have even HIGHER respect for those that go under the knife / implant. That I could NEVER do. So we are stuck with the Pump....and that is too mechanical, but I have no other choice. Maybe in the future, there will be some other options available.

I think Silver Daddy said it very well -- "Just do it" and you will get used to it and then so motivated because of the amazing results! That has been my experience -- gets easier each time

Okay. Needle anxiety. I injected for 32 years. 1987 when papaverine-phentolamine was the only option for “impotence of non psychological origin” (before viagra, cialis, et al) until going bionic in 2019.
When it started I never thought I could jab my junk, so to speak. But I could and did and it was easy. Never used an autoinject device.
My urologist told me I could use a 30 or 31 gauge needle but because of girth I needed 1/2” long. So I used a 1/2” 29 gauge the whole time.
I know they tell you to swiftly jab and inject and be done with it. I couldn’t do that. I inserted the needle slowly. I’d break the skin and then slowly poke me way down to the corporeal tissue. You know you’re in the right place when the plunger is easy to move. Once the dose was deposited, I’d withdraw the needle quickly
And wipe with an alcohol swab. No lengthy application of pressure.
This doesn’t jibe with what you are told but when I did go bionic I asked the surgeon how badly scarred or fibrotic things were. He said that he found no scar tissue, no signs of Peyronies, none of that. He said I had really normal interior for a guy who had injected for that long.
I am not dishing out medical advice or suggesting that you try my method. I’m just saying that there are more ways to skin a cat. A guy like me who really didn’t want to stab his pecker with a needle found out that slowly inserting a needle didn’t bother me near as much.
And the results, for many years, were pretty satisfactory. Once or twice I didn’t get the mix into the corpora. A couple of times I nicked a vessel and left a bruise. But all in all I considered my injection time reasonably successful.
The meds just got less effective over time and yeah, there’s a lot to be said for bionic. But I would not go that route until I had exhausted other less invasive possibilities.
