Quick thanks to this forum (which Is how I learned about Trimix) and all the contributing members. This magic in a bottle has changed my life completely. I'm 51yo and have been taking Viagra for about 10 years with success up until the last year. I was pretty much to a point of giving up until I discovered this forum and Trimix. Yes, I was damn worried about poking myself in my member but I had a HUGE incentive. I've been dating an absolutely gorgeous blonde and we were (at the time) very close to being intimate. So I quickly read as much as I could on this forum and met with my Dr. and I asked for a prescription for T105 (30-1-10:pap-phen-pge). After a few amazing solo rounds, I felt my confidence jump from a 1 to an 8.

Solo 1: 8 units. Good for about an hour but not entirely hard enough for intercourse. A little bit of ache the remainder of the night.
Solo 2: 12 units. Good for about an hour and had a pretty decent erection given I was by myself. No ache.
Solo 3: 15 units. OK, let's get out there and give this a try for real. No ache. Amazing fullness.
Syringes used: Easy touch; 30g; 1mlCC; 1/2" 100 units or less.
Note: 5/16 wasn't enough for me. I observed increased performance in the longer needle since I'm pretty thick flaccid.

Skipping over the amazing details (sorry), let's just say that I've discovered that I'm pretty happy with 20 units and was able to maintain a hard erection for 2 hours (possibly longer if I tried to resist having an orgasm). There was some minor ache but I think that was from her enjoying me to herself for such a long period of time. So this leads me to my questions.
[1] Has anyone been able to decrease the dosage moving from T105 to T106(30-1-25)?
[2] Were there any other 'benefits' to moving to an increased dosage? Just not entirely sure I understand what an increase in PGE does exactly so help me here.
Thanks in advance,
FM

Re: New User: Trimix Questions (T105 to T106)
Just providing some feedback on the use of T106 compared to my prior use of T105. Both of these came from Olympia so here goes the results thus far.
[ T106: 30-1-25 (pap-phen-pge) ]
Solo 1: 8 units. Different reaction to injection (no fullness). As with the T105, I barely had an erection. Definitely felt the ache the next day.
Solo 2: 15 units. A very hard erection when aroused. What's missing is the immediate fullness when I inject. I'm thick and this was different. Hard but not thick. Ached from being so hard.
Solo 3: 20 units. Coming up soon.
Based on my tests so far, I recall the T105 gave me a fuller/thicker and dare I say, longer lasting (hard to ejaculate) erection. Now that I've worked myself up to 20 units on both T105 and T106. I'm going to do a side by side compare separated by 2 days.

And? Did you ever compare these two?
57 years old, artificial heart valve. TRT started May, 2020. ED/libido issues never fixed by TRT. Not super responsive to viagra/cialis. Started Trimix 2/2021. 20/7.5/.25 mix.
