Hi fellas. I’m 50, have been sexually active for a long time, and started with the usual generic ED pills in my 40s after 15 years of marriage just to spice it up occasionally. Got divorced after 21 years (unrelated to ED), was diagnosed with afib during this period, and began dating again. Things didn’t work as well as I’d hoped in the bedroom (mild understatement), and the sildenafil aggravated my heart condition so I was seeking better alternatives.
Last September, I found Hank online and he proposed starting with the “weakest” Trimix they prescribe, PA30-PH1-PG10. I was a little nervous and excited to try and I was not disappointed. My test self-injection was 15 units and I had the best erection I can remember since being a teen (when I didn’t know how to use it) for 3.5 hours. After talking to Hank again, I settled on 12 units as my first “live” test with my gf and the rest is history
I experienced the common ache during and after erection, bordering on real pain in the beginning, which has now subsided after months of semi-regular use. I’m still using 12 units as a baseline (doesn’t always last 3 hours now), and am learning the best-practice storage tricks of the trade by trial and error now.
My last purchase was a 10 mL vial to save a few bucks. I immediately preloaded about 60 syringes and keep half in a container in my gf’s freezer and half here, freezing the remainder in the vial as well for later use. I started with 1/2 inch 30 gauge syringes as suggested (now buying on Amazon) but am experimenting with 5/16 inch 30 gauge now as well. Due to more blood vessels concentrated on the left side of my penis between 1-3 o’clock, I was doing most injecting on the right side between 9-11 o’clock with the 1/2 inch syringes, and got pretty good at it. Now I’m trying the shorter needles on the top side in different places with similar success just to mix it up.
I’ve been lurking in the forum and following experiences here, and as I’ve become more comfortable have “broken” some guidelines as well. I am a little more of a risk taker by nature. Due to schedule limitations with my gf and our mutual high sex drives, I sometimes inject twice in a 12 hour period ( evening/morning), 3 times in 24 hours (evening/morning/evening) and even 4 times in 48 hours is not uncommon (evening/morning/evening/evening). 24 hour intervals or longer seem to produce the best results for me. After 8 hours, a morning booster just doesn’t give me the same quality of experience and rarely lasts a hour. 12 hours later is usually a whole other ball game. I find this strange. I’ve had a few misfires where the erection wasn’t up to the task, but I think it was due to some bad storage practices in the beginning.
Anyway, I finally got admin approval so wanted to drop this post to say “hi” and introduce myself. I’ll probably have questions or put my 2c in from time to time as we go through this journey together, hopefully for many years to come!

Re: Relatively new to the Trimix journey
nice to hear your success with trimix. although I probably wouldn't advise continuing to inject multiple times a day (I've heard that once a day is usually safe though if you're using the proper techniques)
24 y/o suffering from sudden onset of severe ED (from previously having no ED at all). perfectly normal penile doppler and blood/hormone/urine test results. UPDATE: diagnosed with tight pelvic floor dysfunction

Welcome to the forum. I wish you continues success.
R.R.P 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. M. Wehle. Not nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 8 - 14 units. Originally Edex20, then compounded PGE due to cost. Inject. 12 yrs. It works. Treasure coast of FL.

At 12 units how long do your erections last? For me when I take 5units they order on 4 hours and I have to take Sudafed almost every time so couldn’t imagine doing it up to three times a day.

I bought the “antidote” for injection, just in case, though I’ve never used it. I don’t get identical results every time, but typically I’m ready to go in 10 minutes and the erection can last 3+ hours. Sometimes it starts to subside but can be woken up for an additional encounter before sleep. My first injection is almost always late evening, say 9:00ish, so I often fall asleep after sex and wake up hours later flaccid. On occasions, I may take another injection at 7am the next morning, but the results are not going to last 3 hours or be as pronounced—maybe an hour. I have read some conjecture that multiple shots in 24 hours may cause cumulative effects but I have seen nothing of the sort. My first injection after days is always the best, and 24 hour intervals seem to create satisfactory results for everyone.
For context, I see my gf once or twice a week usually. Sometimes a weekend stay Friday - Monday. So right now I haven’t injected since Sunday night.

Re: Relatively new to the Trimix journey
Your usage sounds a lot like mine.
I'm 44 and have been injecting for 9 months or so, after pills stopped working (strong side effects and decreasing erection quality). At first trimix made my dick ache, but that has faded over time.
I use 5-7 units of trimix (20ml PGE, so twice as strong as yours). I've gotten decent at injecting, but have had a few "misfires" where just nothing happens, or my dicks swells on the side instead of getting hard, and I've had a few strange bruises to hide.
The best way I can describe it is that trimix gives my dick a hangover. After it wears off, my dick feels tired and tender. If I re inject within 24 hours, it's a less reliable and more painful erection than the first one. It's less pleasurable, but it still works. But the more injections I do close to each other, the more tender and hungover my dick feels afterward.
I even get little phantom "stings" of pain throughout my dick during the 24 hours after I use it. It's strange.
I'm unmarried, and my GF knows I use medication, but doesn't know it's an injection because she hates needles and I don't want to freak her out.
The main problem is that her sex drive is the highest I've ever seen. We can have sex, and then 20 minutes later if I pet her hand she wants to fuck again. Trimix seems to work best for someone who has sex for a few hours, then doesn't fuck again for a couple days, not for someone who needs to be able to do it anytime anywhere. I'm just terrified of getting an implant and walking around with foreign artificial plumbing inside my dick, and all the things that could go wrong with it.
For now, trimix has saved my sex life. I love it, but I also hate it. It's inconvenient and you have to schedule your life and dates around it. But it sure beats not having sex.
I wrote this as a response to your post but maybe I'll post this as it's own thread just to share.

44, ED problems began around age 28 when I was on finasteride for hair loss, and also got circumcised so I lost a lot of sensation. Pills gave me bad headaches and other side effects. Now using trimix 30/1/20. So far so good.

Yessir, our experiences sound very similar. My gf also knows I am trying a new med—though it is quite obvious because of the results—but we haven’t discussed the specifics either. She loves it! Unlike some, I actually WANT the 3-4 hour erection and make the most of it while it lasts.
“Dick hangover” is a perfect way to describe it! I’ve thought the same. Little guy is bound to be sore after being at 100% attention for hours and taking the “abuse” he does, but I will never complain! An ice pack has been employed when necessary.

Ice pack isn't a bad idea. Yeah I told my girl I was using meds (because how else would I explain the 4 hour boners) and she actually got turned on and horny about it. It was a relief because many women would take it as an insult to their beauty that a man would need medication to have sex with them. Now she tells me "take a pill we're going to have sex all day"... I just don't correct her and tell her it's actually an injection.

I feel stupid about the math and I'm still learning, but how do you fill 60 syringes with 12 units from a 10ml vial?
57 years old, artificial heart valve. TRT started May, 2020. ED/libido issues never fixed by TRT. Not super responsive to viagra/cialis. Started Trimix 2/2021. 20/7.5/.25 mix.
Re: Relatively new to the Trimix journey
100 divided by 12 times 10 equals 83
I think, but I'm crappy at math too.
