Injecting two times a month
I'm just wondering if I only inject two times a month will I make use of quad mix for at least four or five years I'm still young and just getting ready to get married don't want the implant just yet. How many years what you guys say does the average person last with trimix or quad mix before they have to implant assuming they only inject four times a month. I'm 45 years old been impotent since my late 20s from recreational drug use.

This won’t be the answer you are looking for...
Everyone is different. There is no average.
Some guys are super stabile on a Trimix or Quadmix dose for years and years and years.
Some guys (like me) saw their dose escalating from the very start. I’ve gone from a small dose of weak Trimix to a large dose of very strong quadmix over the course of 6 years. But it’s still working at this point. I expect an implant is in my future. I should probably having a consult with a surgeon at this point but haven’t.
Congrats on the upcoming marriage. Just talk with your spouse openly about both of your needs. Work with your urologist to assure that you can meet those needs for the both of you. Oral meds, Quadmix VED, implant. There are lots of options.

Re: Injecting two times a month
Injecting twice a month would be expensive, as most of the vial would be unused.
Do you get morning erections?

Re: Injecting two times a month
I'm using quad mix because I don't like to inject a whole lot of liquid in my penis because I shake a lot also Trimix gives me pain after sex and the quad mix does not. And to answer the other question I do not have morning erections from the medication.

Sorry for not replying sooner.
My question about morning erections, if you aren't getting regular erections, atrophy sets in, so injecting twice a month may need to also include using VED lightly. However I am not an expert, I'd be interested to know what the medical industry says about atrophy.
