Prescription dose info

Ok. Been a while since I checked and/or posted. For the record the new Quadmix I tried works! The dose with Atropine should post in my signature. You have to find what is the best combination for each individual. My advice for anyone new here is to not give up, don't let the doctor just talk you out of continuing with injection trials and go straight to implant surgery until you have explored all options.
I have been working with a compounding pharmacy supply company and have the following prescription options/doses to share with all. The interesting thing is the topical cream options that I was unaware of.
Any comments and opinions would be helpful to us all. For my self I like the idea of a higher dose with lower volume as needed, but as always talk to your doctor first and work your way up the scale to find what gives the desired result.
Take care guys and Happy Easter!

Ok. I have updated my signature to reflect the Quadmix dose I currently use. It is 20/2/30/0.1 with Atropine being the new ingredient. I tried 45 units and it worked. May go up to 47.5 units to see if it lasts longer but this seems to be my formula.
Take care

Topical? Any idea of its efficacy?

When I was on the second Trimix dose I was up to 70 units. I may have injected too quickly. That created a notable ache which is why I went to the Quadmix. With the Quadmix at 45 units I injected little by little over about 2 min and had no ache. Remember to massage well after injecting to spread the solution within the area.
I don’t know about the efficacy of the topical cream. I hope to speak to a consultant on the matter to find out more. There certainly are more options than your average doctor likely is aware of. I’ll post when I have more info.

Less ache is likely due to less prostaglandins.

You have the same amount of prostaglandins by volume in your Trimix vs your Quadmix but you dropped your dose volume from 70 units to 45 units.

That was my reasoning to switch from TriMix to Quadmix and I’m happy to have less ache as well.
