Freeze or Refrigerate This Batch of Trimix?

I'm the guy who takes his new 5ml vial of Trimix and loads up the entire volume into about 35 syringes. I put all but one of the syringes in the freezer, leaving one refrigerated so I can be in "ready mode" at all times. Once I use the refrigerated one, I replace it with one from the freezer.
I noticed a drop in potency/efficacy (erection quality) at the tail end of my last batch. Does anyone pre-load their 5ml Rx to syringes and leave them in the fridge til they're depleted? If yes, how many weeks/months are they stored in the fridge til consumed? And does efficacy decrease or stay the same?

I get my juice in 4 vials of 2.5ml each. I put one in the fridge with 5 or 6 loaded syringes. When I get down to 1 syringe left I reload 4 or 5 more. I also shake the vial well before loading the syringes. I keep the remainder vials in the freezer. After over two years of injecting I have only had 1 vial of juice that seemed to lose it punch near the end of the vial. I have also had "misses" when I didn't get the juice in the right spot. I can tell in about 5 minutes after injecting if I am going to get a good erection. If it appears I am not, I will give a booster injection on the other side but I never exceed my original dose of 20 units. Right now I can usually get a good boner with 10 units and if I need a booster I will give myself either a 5 or 10 unit boost.

I always left my vials full and froze them. Had issues with last vial being not as good.

When I got my vials, esp. because I was just getting too many to use on a daily basis, it would immediately go into the freezer.
I would usually thaw out the vial, fill as many syringes as I could, and put them back in freezer. When I was going to get lucky, take out a syringe and give it about 10 min to thaw then inject.
Eventually, I noticed that I had to put more and more fluid in syringe, so I went ahead and got the implant:)

How come my Trimix and Quadmix are never "frozen"? LOL It's always in a liquid state when I take it out of the freezer and I load the syringe immediately. The food is frozen solid in there. haha Are you guys using the word "frozen" in spirit?

Phil,
I use an alprostadil mono-mix that is in saline. Salt water freezes at a lower temperature than fresh water. If I put my vials in the very back of my freezer they will freeze solid. If in the front of the freezer they will stay liquid. I put the bulk of my vials in the back of the freezer and keep the one I'm working out of in the front.

Ahhhhhhhhh! I put them in the door rack holder thingy at the front. That's why many guys say their Trimix is always solid, you put them at the back!
Didn't know it would make such a difference. Thank you!
