Firstly, I am 27 years. I am trying to find out what happens in my penis. I had two priapism when differents doctors inyected me PGE1 to do the eco doppler and a cavernosograhy. In the ecodopler, I had 0 psv in both sides after 10, 12, 16, minutes with negative trajectory from the injection; 7 PSV in the right side after 20 minutes and again 0 psv with negative trajectory in both sides after 25 minuts from injection. it is assumed that after the venous oclusive mecanism works, the inflow decrease, but my inflow didn't decrease as a normal erection, the result was a priapism. The ecografist said that there are no sign of venous leak and he said that when I had 7 psv in the right side was due to being in a room with two men seeing my penis makes me little nervous, but it only was in one little moment.

My question is if although you have a venous leak it is possible to have a priapism episode when you inject PGE1 (caverject).

I am thinking in what happens. I think in pelvic floor disfunction, too much porn or arterial insuficency...

Try not to overthink the results of the doppler test. Many doctors will not even perform doppler's, because their results really don't matter. If you can't get an erection suitable for sex, try pills like viagra, cialis. If those don't work try injections. If those don't work get the implant. No need to worry with a doppler test since it doesn't affect the treatment protocol anyway.

I know, but I would like to know what happens. And I also would like to know how could overcome it. I mean, I need to know if I really need medication or going to a therapist.

Anyway, thank you for the answer, because you are right!

I'm sorry but I'm not sure I totally understand your question. Also, I've never had the test you describe. My assumption is that, depending on the severity of the VL and the extent of the drug overdose, it may, in some, cases be possible to have a priapism.

I'm sorry but that pretty much worthless response is the best I can do on this topic.

Good luck.
