Quite a scare for last 2 injections

Last Saturday (July 7th) I injected 8 units (.08 ML) of my Bi-mix. The erection lasted a solid 4.5 hours and began to subside while driving to the ER after trying all of the popular remedies (Sudafed, ice, etc...). Last night I injected again reducing the dosage to 6 units because of what happened the previous Saturday night. Based on previous adjustments I've made this should have resulted in a much shorter duration, but again it lasted right about 4.5 hours and subsided as I was once again driving to the ER. Getting a bit frustrated now. I guess I'll try out 3 units next time just to be extra safe. Hopefully this means I'm becoming more sensitive to the drug because the nerves are repairing themselves. Wishfully hoping. Maybe I should try a full dose ( 100 mg) of Viagra or Levitra in case that may start working for me.

Though I am now using 12 units for a 1.5 hour erection, when I first started, needed 45 units to achieve a 1.5 hour erection. As the dosage was decreasing, my urologist advised that the induced long acting erections were helping to repair damaged tissue. Perhaps this is what you are encountering.

NV,

What you have learned here is something I also learned during the last year ... that Highway Driving (or driving Farm Machinery!) will produce enough adrenaline to reduce an injection erection. Don't ask how I know this -- that's another story. But whenever I might have the chance for a long night drive back from some visit I might bring along a DOUBLE dose syringe of my trimix -- and surprise the Missus etc .... ;-)

Nolavette - you didn't mention the strength of your bi-mix - there at least 4 available. Your thinking the correct way...simply down the injectable dose - I can recall some patients injecting as little as 2 units with good results. There simply is not one mix for all here. We all metabolize these meds differently. Having Sudafed at home may help should your result go past 2 hrs.. Regarding the explanation given to you by an MD......I find that interesting merlin

I had a similar issue three weeks ago. Went to the ER after injecting 10units of trimix, they had to inject something to deflate me. I am not seeing anyone right now (just experimenitng) and have not injected since the incident (kind of firghtened of another 5 hour long erection). I am also noticing I am getting more erections now for whatever reason. Masturbation is not a problem.

To paperboy - Too bad that happened but you did the right thing by going to the ER. They most likely injected you
with Phenyelphrine which is the antidote of choice. Simply lower the amount you inject.....start at a bottom line dose
and work up 2 units per/injection. Also, you reported getting better erections now on your own since starting the injections....interesting because this is seen. No data available regarding this, but we theorize that by simply using this
injection which creates obviously a rigid erection, this is exercise for the smooth muscle and makes it work better. Like lifting weights in the gym....muscles work better and the penis is nothing but a muscle. I'm willing to bet that your young and healthy with no daily medications required - right. This seems to be the profile. Good luck merlin

Merlin,
I use Bimix with 30mg Papaverine and 1 mg Phentolamine.
