Would anybody explain the terminology I see about
"units"
Ordered 5 ml of Trimix.
Will the syringe that comes with the order be marked in units.
Curious about how many injections will the 5 ml have, maybe at 15 units.
Thanks
Injection amount

Re: Injection amount
My pharmacist explained that to me in simplest terms. There are 100 units in one ml. So 5ml has 500 units, so there are about 30 (check my math) 15 unit doses in your vial. My syringes are marked in units (I think the U in U100 on the syringe name stands for units?)

Re: Injection amount
Lot better than Caverject at over 100.00 per dose for a 20 rating.
I understand what you're saying.
Sounds easy.
Thank you

Mike, there are 100 units in a millilitre (mL).
Syringes are marked in units, so the 0.5 mL syringe will be marked 0 to 50.
So if your dose is 15 units, you are injecting 0.15 mL.
Your order of 5 mL will therefore be equivalent to 500 units.
At 15 units per shot, 5 mL will give about 33 shots, enough for a bit of fun.
