Does anybody know how long tri-mix can be warm for before it becomes ineffective?

I have read on this forum that some guys have, when going on a trip, vacation etc., gone two or three days and still get the 100% punch.

I agree with flying duck: I've gone as long as 4 days at room temperature and gotten the usual results.
When going on vacation I pre-load two syringes, put them in an eyeglass case with miniature freeze bags and cotton balls for insulation, and freeze the whole thing. Along the way, I ask the hotel or B&B owner if I can put medicine in their refrigerator overnight. This way I've gotten to a week or eight days; don't know yet what the limit is using this technique.

If you're vacationing just put the vials in a small thermos. I have never had problems passing through security with my juice in a thermos. Just top off thermos with more ice every day or so and you'll be absolutely fine.
In other situations I have mistakenly left vials out all night or even a couple days with no noticeable effects.
Good luck.

I accidentally left mine out for three days on top of being expired for a few weeks and no difference. My bottle always has a 3 month window before it expires. I think that is very conservative.

The alprostadil component supposedly degrades pretty quickly. I guess it partially varies based on how dependent you are on that component.

Somewhere in previous posts on this subject is a link to a medical journal article. It seemed to indicate that the prostaglandins breakdown at the rate of about 10% per 24 period.

It seems that the alprostadil component of Trimix is the one ingredient most susceptible to degradation. I am fortunate in needing minimal injection support. I’ve used a filled syringe that was at room temperature for two weeks with good results. I will try to switch to Bimix on my next round.
If you really need a strong dose of Trimix I imagine the diminished compound would eventually be noticeable.
