There is a thing that I want to know if somebody knows it.

It is posible getting a priapism with an injection and having venous leak?

How is posible?, although your inflow is increased with the injection, the outflow due to venous leak should avoid priapism. isn't it?

Somebody talk about ir with their doctors?

I don't think it's possible to get priapism with venous leakage. I have VL and inject with .45 units along with taking 100 mg of Viagra. I've never come close to priapism.

My experience is yes, priapism can occur with injections, especially tri-mix.

I had venous leak plus PD. My doc warned me about injections but I was too slow to listen. Bi-mix was ok. Then I started using Tri-mix. It caused fibrous tissue build up in my penis.

Erections would last hours. Ended up seeing my urologist two times for priapism. The last he stuck a big needle in to drain the blood. Not fun.

Scheduled an implant surgery after that event. This was what my doc had originally recommended. Am 8 weeks post surgery. In hindsight, wish I had done my implant sooner.

I understand many have used injections for years without problems. I just wasn’t that lucky.

In my opinion it's possible, but it depends on the severity of your leak
and how much medicine you use. I think common sense should tell for example if you have a small leak in a tire and don't add air for a week you could wake up to a flat tire but the larger the leak,, the faster it would go down. But if you added equal amounts of air the small leak would be overcome. In other words it is less likely as in my case. I have mild to moderate vl. I used pde5s for about 15 years and just don't work good enough anymore. My uro suggested that I was a candidate for an implant but I Didn't know much about it at that time. So I grudgingly moved to ici, which aren't perfect. Doc. Said be aware of priapism be but unlikely in your case. The goal is hard enough for sex but not abuse your best friend. Sometimes it's not cut and dried so to speak. Good luck

In a normally functioning erection venous outflow is inhibited when the corpora cavernosa expand. This happens when the (smooth muscle) tissue in the corpora cavernosa relaxes. Veno-occlusive dysfunction can occur when the corporal tissue fails to relax for various reasons. In my opinion ED after jelqs is likely caused by stretch injury to erectile cavernous nerves (sending the erectile signal out from the brain and pelvis to the penis). The nerves are bypassed by the injection so the corpora expand and veno-occlusion functions normally in response to injection.

I'm not a doctor, but I think it would be a non ischemic priapism or high flow priapism if you ever got one with VL. Which is less dangerous than a ischemic priapism (although it's still a concern).

It's definitely possible. I have a small venous leak and when I started with TriMix I did the same thing as a lot of guys do and injected too much. I ended up with a rock-solid erection that wouldn't go away on its own. At the 3 /1/2 hour mark I injected 5 units of phenylephrine and it went away pretty fast.
