how long prefilled PGE1 or trimix syringe work fine when it kept on freezer?

just curious because syringes are not like vials (air tight)

And i m also curious what haapen if rubber cap of vial has open and we use it from there? does it will affect strength??

Up until my most recent 5ml vial of trimix, I would pre-fill the entire vial into syringes and put them in the freezer. With my dosage that would be about 35 syringes, and I used 1-2 per week. The last couple would have been stored frozen for maybe 5 months. They worked fine. I noticed weaker erections on the last batch, so I changed my process. I am now storing the vial in the freezer, and pre-load four syringes which I keep in the fridge. When I use these four, I thaw the vial and load four more for the fridge. This approach is working very well too.

How long is a of mixed vial of Trimix good for kept in the fridge? is 30 days the max?

I've never kept a vial in the fridge from full to empty. I use the freezer. I guess that in the fridge it would be effective after 90 days.
