hello everyone!

finally this morning I have injected PGE1 10 Unit and nothing happened As i expected, it took me 4 months to inject syringe and result was frustrating.

what went wrong? i don't know maybe wrong spot or dose was not enough.

however i don't think i have injected in wrong place becase after 15 minutes i have 40 percent erection which lasted only couple of minutes.

my hand was shaking when i injecting however after injecting my fear of needle is gone but i m very disappointed with results

should i increase 20 unit??

Any input would be appreciate

I'd try 15 units first. You dont want to use too much. There's a chance you didn't get the first shot in the right spot.

I do believe i m in right spot becauss after 45 minutes later i have try masterbute with porn with 60 percent erection which means it was in rt spot however dose wasn't sufficient, cuz i have use 10 unit which is 5 mcg of PGE1

Everyone is different on dose. I'd titrate up slowly to avoid an ER trip. I assume your mix is 50mcg per ML. Is that correct? Mine is 80mcg per ML. Try 15 units next. That would bump you from 5mcg to 7.5mcg. That sounds reasonable to me. I can choke the chicken at about 5.6mcg but for partner activity I need at least 11.2mcg. Both of those doses are supplemented with a novelty cock ring so the true numbers would be probably 25% higher without one. Of course my ED is RRP surgery related and probably has little relevance to your situation. Anyhow, I see no reason not to be cautious in finding your dose.

Yes my mix is 50 mcg per ML. however i don't think 7.5 mcg is suffecint for me, yesterday i have noticed lot of things and i m pretty sure about I don't have Priapism if i will take 30 unit next time.

As you know I have took 900 mg viagra in past without any issue.

But i really appreciate your concern and help people here are amazing.

I don't think there is any amount of Viagra that will give me an erection. It will boost an injection erection a bit and it will make pumping easier but no erection by itself at all. Not even a thickening. Point being, don't assume a lack of reaction to Viagra suggests anything about your response to alprostadil.

Agreed - i'm thinking wrong spot. Try again either at 10 or going to 15 should be okay. Just remember this - even if the result isn't great, there should be some noticable enhancement even if 10 units isn't enough.

Also - remember going to 15 sounds like a small increase, but it's actually 50%.

I'd try 10 units again as a test...if you go up to 15 the worst case scenario? 10 was plenty and you didn't inject correctly - now you have 50% more than you need.

After my previous attempt I was very disappointed, discourage and hopeless. however I thought to give a shot and......

It worked!!.... Today i have use 20 unit and got 3.30 hrs hard erection, After 6 years today is the first time i have 90 - 100 % erection.

So I called my Gf and had long sex after 6 years she was amazed and couldn't bear more

I do believe my sweet spot is between 15 to 20 unit.

Either you get it in the cavernosa or the surface skin outside the tunica. Or in to the upper artery/vein, or the lower vein/nerve/urethra/spongosa bundle down below, heaven forbid, which is not good. If in the cavernosa you're good. If outside that into the skin, you get a big red painful welt as the chemcials cause a sort of chemical hemmorhage. So either you hit the right spot or not. Study up. Know thy dick.
