Re: Trimix to Quadmix
Hi Jack, just curious. what was your latest working strength/dose of trimix? I would only advise going to quadmix if absolutely necessary (since it involves adding a whole other chemical into the juice )

Hmm I see. Have you gotten Doppler test to check for blood flow/potential leaks?

Re: Trimix to Quadmix
I made the switch from TriMix to Quadmix when my Trimix of the strongest mix was 70units.
I found I had similar response to 45 units of Quadmix (same formulation plus 0.2 Atropine)
But I’ve always had ache from the prostaglandins. So now my urologist suggested I try removing the prostaglandins altogether. Now I use 75 units of the highest concentration of Papaverine, Phentolamine, and 0.2 of Atropine. That gives me about 40 mins, luckily no ache.

55yo, NYC. ED started at 40. 50 units BiMix + Atropine (Pap 30/Phen 6/Atr 0.2). Prostaglandins caused aching. Doses increasing. A cock ring helps. Phallosan Forte tension devise to maintain size. Eager to talk about implant experiences.
