Good morning friends,

I have been taking trimix for about a year. I love the results but I constantly miss with the injections. I sometimes attempt 4-5 injections until I hit it, or sometimes just give up. If I could figure out a more consistent technique, it would make a world of difference.

I have slightly above average girth (not big by any means) and have tried both the 1/2" and the 5/16", with much more success with the 1/2" but wonder if I should go back to 5/16" because maybe I am overshooting the corpus?

Any advice, experience, tutorials would be greatly appreciated.

Things I have learned that improve "hits" for me:
1. Good lighting
2. Not rushing
3. "Fluffed" and partially erect- bigger target, veins better exposed, cavernosa target fatter
4. Avoid my known "tough" spots (though spot on tunica that have actually bent 30ga needles)
5. Insert needle slowly to feel the first (outer skin) and 2nd (tunica) punctures.
6. Some draw some blood back, I do not.
7. While gently massaging, I pinch the base to hold the fluid in better and not get it drained
8. While controversial, I hit each side with half of my 30 unit mix (yes a masochist I guess)
9. For a longer planned session. I reserve about 10 units additional for a booster, this has been working well.

Supposedly if you overshoot one side of the cavernosa it will just penetrate through the septum to the other cavernosa. I work harder now to avoid the bottom and top, being partially erect helps do this by keeping the skin from sliding around and keeping the 2-4 o'clock position in sight.

Add PS: I use a 1/2" 30 ga needle buried to the hilt when moderately plumped. If flaccid, I use a 5/16" but I do not prefer this setup..

Especially 5 and 6 these are absolutely important going throughthe skin feels like a prick going through the tunica feelsmore like an ache.

I use 1/2 inch 29g go in full length to the hub then ease back just
a bit and draw your blood.

In your mind you are sticking that needle into the side of a pipe
you need to aim for the centre of that pipe all the time

If you cant draw blood try pulling the needle back a little more you might be stuck in the tunica on the other side.

Take your time and feel what it happening.

Get to know yourself, when you are hard use your fingertips to feel alonlng the cavernosa learn its location and where it is easier to find.

Funny on progressive lenses (bi-tri-focals) the distance part is up above and the close-up part is down below but from face to target it's too far away for me to focus using the lower "close-up" parts, so I go with my unaided mono-vision. All the more reason for good light, knowing your dick, and patience.

The other two points are key also! No matter what angle of attack (2-4 o'clock+/-) aim for the center, not across.

I really believe the chief issue with trimix shots missing is not being hard enough. If the dick is limp and small, the cavernosal tubes are like tiny worms. When you try to get a needle into them, they just deflect and move away, not to mention the target is very small. If you can get your dick harder (I know it's not an easy matter, I have ED as well!) the cavernosa gets not only larger as well, but firmer.

Anyway, the two shots that were duds with me were when I was too small. I'm 100% sure of it. Now my wife and I have a system that gets me firm enough to rush over to my desk and inject the shot!!

This is all fantastic information. Especially going slow and feeling piercing the two layers and to be partially erect. I will try these techniques and if I get more consistent results, I consider you all my bestest friends!

1) Plumping up usually ensures a hit. I usually use about 25mg Viagra a bit before my plumping. I don’t get priapism with this dose but others might find this dangerous if they have no experience combining it with Trimix. This also plumps up the head in my case.
2) if can’t plump up or in a hurry, pulling dick straight out helps with success; since I believe it keeps corpus cavernosa somewhat rigid and less likely to be pushed aside by the needle.
3) the tunica is a bit tough even under normal conditions, that’s why going straight in also helps, otherwise the needle can kind of glance off the tunica and push the corpus cavernosa aside causing a miss.

I went through a spell where I missed about 4-5 times in a row and thought either I was doing something wrong or maybe I needed to increase my dose. In the end when I took a little more time and used the hints from the first responder above (and used a little viagra sometimes) 9+ times out of 10 I get about a 3hour erection.

Despite all the advice I had a Miss today. VIolated rule #3 (plumping). Tried to hit it with an initial 10 unit dose limp for more spirited foreplay but the cavernosa was not big enough. Got a big red sore swollen area (not a hematoma) from getting it in the skin. Yep, it happens. Hit it later with my normal dose for a good happy ending.
