Thoughts and suggestions after first injection

So, I went through with my first injection, and while I think it could have been a lot better, I guess it could have been a lot worse. Do you think my dosage was too low? I believe the vial says 15mcg pge-1 but it’s only a .1ml dose. So, firstly, the shot itself went pretty smoothly, it was much tougher to punch the needle through then other parts of my body, and honestly a little tough to pull the needle out when finished which was odd. But I seemed to have gotten it in a place where it didn’t hit anything vital and it gave me an erection within maybe 10-12 mins. The effects itself— I was hoping for more. I did get hard and it worked, but it didn’t delay orgasm at all. I didn’t fight the orgasm too much since I thought I’d stay hard regardless— I did not. As soon as I was finished I went soft. Which was after about five mins or so. With about ten mins of waiting and a lot of work from my wife I was able to get remotely hard again so she could get on top and finish but it was not super hard. When we stopped the erection went back down and while I had what I call a large flaccid, I was not hard anymore and didn’t have any other issues with it coming back up throughout the night. Another thing I noticed is the dull aching is real. It wasn’t unbearable but seemed to be pretty strong aching atleast halfway through the night. It seems to have subsided this morning. So I’m wandering, should I increase the dosage slightly? I don’t want priapism, but I was really hoping I’d have a solid erection for an hour or so that I wouldn’t have to think or worry about regardless of orgasm. It was hard enough to start and worked but again, didn’t seem as hard as I could get and definitely didn’t last beyond 5 or 10 mins(even though I did get off). Suggestions?

I’m wandering if I should go from .1ml to .15? Also, it says keep in freezer, and I did but it was solid frozen when I pulled it out, is that normal? I had to hold it in hand and thaw it some before drawing it into needle

Bro, seems that you're actually only injecting about 1.5 mcg (10 units of a 15mcg/ml solution) PGE-1, which would in fact be a very low overall dose. Doctor probably started you that low to be safe, which is always a good thing as you don't want a priapism. I'd say keep increasing the units slowly until you reach the sweet spot where you get a strong erection for an ideal time.

Thanks guys for the feedback. I do have insulin needles for my testosterone that are 27g 1/2” and 30gm 1/2” but the syringes sent with the pge-1 are 1/2” 31 I believe. So how much do you think would be a reasonable increase in dose? Would going from .1ml(10units) to .15(15 units) be a large jump? I though either that or try incorporating low dose cialis or viagra with the lower dose injection. I have no idea but yeah while it worked, it didn’t last real long. I do have PE issues as of late.. I think wellebutrin caused it. But it’s still there. Also should it completely freeze? I’ll send a pic of the vial shortly.

Trimix has NEVER kept my penis hard after orgasm. He just crawls back into turtle mode, right away. LOL Take a look at my dose.. and I take 50 units of this liquid fire. LOL

So maybe I am misunderstanding? I thought with the injections it stayed hard for a set amount of time with the med even after orgasm. Atleast I thought that was a lot of what I read. Can some others confirm?

So In your experience as long as the drug is still there you should keep an erection regardless of orgasm?
