Newbie: Injection locations

Newbie at Trimix injections. Using 30-1-10 (Pap-Phen-PGE) with Inject-Ease (auto injector). 1/2" BD syringe with 1/8" spacer for needle depth of 3/8". I think the 1/2" is too long for my flaccid member. Uro gave me a test shot but no real directions. This forum has been so great.

My questions:

As my stomach is in the way, my wife has been assisting. As I am not endowed, my available target area is rather limited if I use the 2-3 o'clock and the 9-10 o'clock positions. Can I expand that to the 1-4 o'clock and 8-11 o'clock position point? I assume that doing shots by oneself causes dexterity challenges but since my wife is assisting we can spread out the trauma areas that the needle hits.In looking at the penis anatomy, as long as I hit the Cavermosum, I think I should be ok. Thoughts?

As I am still titrating, the uro started me at 10 units and I am up to 32 now, I get chubby fast and a semi rigid member with no stimulation. With stimulation I get to 90% or more but once I stop, my erection drops to 50% or less. Stimulation pumps it up again. I was hoping I could get a solid 1-hour of wood without stimulation. Am I hoping for too much or do I need to keep titrating up? Maybe I have a slow venous leak? Thought?

Also, I load the syringe, put it in the inject-ease and put it back into the refrigerator. I noticed a hesitancy in the plunger. Once it gets going, it's easier. I always wonder if I am hitting the spot. I can't
asparate as the inject-ease covers the needle & syringe. Any thoughts if this is a normal thing with BD syringes when loaded and stored in the refrigerator for a couple of hours?

Thanks! This Trimix experience has been great so far.

Welcome to the forum. From my experience and others here, it seems 5/16 length is best for thin penises and 1/2 is good for thick ones, so your 3/8 is right in the middle. Beginners should probably use lubricated syringes, if available, because they don't stick as much when starting plunger travel as the BD (non-lubricated) syringes. I've used BD, but without Inject-Ease, for my three-year injecting career. I add an extra step to overcome the plunger stickiness: after the needle is in the corpus, or I think it is, I use two hands on the syringe. I hold the barrel with one hand and very carefully start the plunger moving a millimeter or so. This avoids the sharp pain which I would get if the needle's in the wrong place and a lot of fluid came out quickly. If I'm in the corpus, there's no pain and no more resistance to plunger travel than if the needle were in air. (Maybe this doesn't apply to your Inject-Ease procedure.)

I can't answer your "geometry" problem since I have the opposite physique! Other FT guys will advise you in some hours or days. I've never departed from the 2-3 and 9-10 o'clock angles.

When I started, I followed the titrating-up advice by 5 units each time and eventually reached an erection duration of three hours. I guess you just need to keep going. I did have an unforeseen problem: one corpus needs about 10% less Trimix than the other, so if I were starting over, I would not alternate sides, but would work with one side only until I found the right amount for that side. I currently use around 50 units.

Spend some time looking through the "Injections" topic. There's a lot of accumulated good technique here.

I have the same issue of needing the 3/8" depth and that is where I set my auto injector. I have used the BD syringe manually and have experienced the sticking plunger, Before injecting I pull the plunger back and push forward until Trimix drips from the needle and am then good to go.

Welcome to the amigos pecker injectors! just some humor...I am a beginner of a few months...I think your needle length is good. Am glad your mrs is on board and is assisting. I use easy touch with no problems as I keep loaded syringes frozen, and the trimix frozen as was instructed by pharmacy. I load different syringes with different units depending on my romp desired duration. In other words 20 units hour and half, less units for less duration hardness or quickies. A mentor of mine on this sight suggested taking a frozen loaded syringe and put it in between my lips, not in mouth, to unthaw, while looking for alcohol and how to get at least 50% erect for jab. 5 to 7 (approx) minutes goes by quickly and juice is unthawed, then jab and "go to work." I also do not deviated from the 2-3 and 9-10. Had 1 misfire and bruise, as I was not 50% erect and not within jabbing distance close to base of shaft (3/4 inch). No pain and bruise disappeared in a few days, however still had good erection.

As said above, read all you can here, and pm some of the "masters" as I call them, for any other help. Good luck and welcome aboard!

I've never used the Inject-Ease but I have played with the other brand. With the other brand I don't think anything shorter than 1/2" will work.

I'm not a fan of BD syringes for reasons mentioned by others and apparently noticed by you.
