Am just wondering, is it safe to inject while on the blood thinner, Plavix?

That's a question for your doctor. However, it appears injections can, in at least some cases, be done while on blood thinners, with some additional emphasis placed on post injection compression of the injection site.

A couple of somewhat relevant links:

A PDF on injections from the Urology Department of UCSF. It mentions the topic: https://urology.ucsf.edu/sites/urology.ucsf.edu/files/uploaded-files/attachments/sduro0210_successul_self_penile_injection_hints_questions_and_answers.pdf

An abstract from a clinical trial (1996) by J P Limoge, E Olins, D Henderson, C F Donatucci "Minimally invasive therapies in the treatment of erectile dysfunction in anticoagulated cases: a study of satisfaction and safety" found at a NIH site: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/8632551/

I am on Eliquis blood thinner and don’t have problems if I apply pressure to injection site for 2-3 minutes. A couple of times I got a bruise the size of a BB, but mostly nothing.

My first uro knew I was on Plavix and Coumadin (Warfarin) and still gave me a script for Trimix. I had no problems with any type of bleeding. However, for certain, check with your own doc.
