EDEX 10mcg vs Sildenafil 100mg, which is stronger?

Hey guys,

I had a penile doppler ultrasound done recently and they injected 10mcg of EDEX. There was very little response so the doctor had to inject another 5mcg just to get enough of an erection for a scan.

However, I have been using 100mg of Sildenafil at nights and been getting a reasonably good response, waking up at multiple times in the night to find I have an erection. I also used 100mg sildenafil with my partner recently and had a strong response.

So I'm trying to make sense of everything. I thought EDEX was meant to be stronger? Does anyone have an explanation?

I had a similar experience when I had my penile doppler, for me I think they injected 20mcg and I had a poor response. Note that the doppler measures flow, so it's not the actual measurement of injection that's important, it's inflow and outflow. For me they found good inflow but poor outflow, indicative of a venous leak.

In terms of your question, I think you should not seriously count this response you had during the exam as meaning anything.

Your response to EDEX or Sildenafil will still very much depend on the environment.

For example the other night, after injecting, I took a break to go to the toilet and my penis deflated, but as soon as I returned and started cuddling again it went rock hard and stayed that way until we were satisfied.
