hello everyone

My PGE1 dose was 19 unit and it was working fine 4 hrs errection however after using 3 months my dose has decreased to 12 units and I don't have no idea what the hell going on??

because I m getting 7,8 hrs errection in low dose, yesterday I had try 12 units and I have 8.30 hrs errection when I ready to inject antidote phenylephrine it started to goes down so I didn't inject phenylephrine.

So I have a question why it's happening?? why I m getting long errection? why my dose has decreasing with long erection instead of increasing??

I got 8.30 hrs errection in 12 units should I try 6 units next time??

Any input would be appreciate.

Be thankful you can decrease your dose. Just be sure to reduce your dose. Keep doing the overly long erections and you'll likely cause damage. I was originally using 20mcg of PGE1. I now use 11.2mcg of PGE1.

One possibility, the blood flow causes increased platelet aggregation and vascular repair.

Not enough to entirely undo the erectile dysfunction, but it has been noted in rats that PDE5i's can reverse erectile dysfunction slightly in rats.

Dude you should be red alert with erections lasting that long. (Maybe somebody else here can tamp down my henny penny.) Maybe there's something regenerative going on but it could all come crashing down unless you figure out how to get the erections to be sub 4 hours. Long erections mean you have stagnant blood in your unit which is NOT GOOD for cell health.

BrokenPiston is right: 4 hours is the maximum, over 6 hours is dangerous. Gangrene could result, then you must have an amputation! Start with a very low dose and work up. (Maybe your first injections were not in the right place, or your left and right corpi respond differently, as mine do.)

No, that is not a certainty. It's possible that the shots are aiding in healing and recovery. It could just be that your body is getting accustomed to the shots or even it's just your injection technique improving. I wouldn't worry about it. Just be sure to adjust your dose before you cause damage.

I had my 100% nerve sparing radical prostatectomy done on October 30, 2020. I am 53 yr old male. The doctor put me on 5 mg daily cialis to increase blood flow in penis. They also asked me to use VED. Honestly, I used for first 3-4 months, then lost interest as the penis was flaccid. It was kind of dead meat.

I was put on Trimix and started with 7 units. This went up to 15 units. Lately, I started to feel that my erection lasted longer and was harder. Even after sex I had to masturbate 1-2 times to bring down the penis.

Just 2 weeks ago I got my first erection by itself. I spoke to my doctor and she said that things improve upto 18 months after surgery. I am encouraged as I got few more erections since then (by watching porn). I used VED + rings and it is working well too. I tested reducing Trimix dosage to 7 units and it gave me good erection now that lasted 2 hours.

This means that my trimix dosage is going down, as ED is getting better, nerves are repairing and more blood is flowing in the penis.

I have a new problem now... wife is not so much interested in SEX. With Trimix I am like a 18 year old stud and my 48 year old wife can't match a young stud now. Now, she comes within 3-4 minutes. Says the hardness just gets her peak early....perhaps stimulates her G-spot better and harder.

Perhaps the thing then is to take it slower and let it her desire build, stop a few minutes in and kiss her and slowly start again - this is something much easily done while on injections.

As women get older, their arousal process takes longer.

I have a similar issue, my wife doesn't like too many orgasms, so I slow things down and tease out some interest / desire, and that helps her final orgasm become more satisfactory. When we first started with injections she was having over 5 orgasms but didn't like it and felt sore the following day.

It's a bit ironic, young women write about the "orgasm gap", like they're sex know-it-alls, not know that for older women, orgasms aren't the only thing they need for enjoyable sex.
