Second post to this forum so a little back story. Had the beginnings of ED in my 40s. Viagra workded great to start but lost pretty much of its effectiveness at the end. RP in January 2021. Surgeon said nerve sparing but only 10-15% fluff up on a good day. Started injections late this October so just over a month in. Now doing 30 units split with 10 units on one side to get a good fluff and 20 units on the other side for the finish. Fantastic 90%+, 2:30 o'clock woody for 3+ hours. Wife goes crazy. Fuck like newlyweds until hour 2 and wife taps out. What a game changer.
Question is: with the Viagra 100mg offering no response after the RP, would there be a synergy between the Viagra and TM now? What have been the responses and results of the forum members on this? Fear is that the Viagra kicks in and is suddenly potent again and mixed wth the TM generates the hated ED phone call or run to CVS for sudefed. Speaking of sudefed, how bad does it alter blood pressure with the dosages that are required to get a softy again? On some BP meds so want to be cautious.

This forum has been a blessing in that it gives confidence to all us out here that are trying to find the sweet spots and dosages and mixes. Thanks to all.

I'm not a doctor, so take this with a grain of salt. It works for my but may not for others.

Two hours (or thereabout) before sex I take 15-20mg of cialis. About 30 minutes before sex I pump my cock up to give a larger target to inject. I inject 15 to 20 units of trimix, massage it in well and go watch TV until bedtime. Before beginning foreplay I again pump until I have a solid, hard erection. We begin foreplay and take it from there. My erection usually lasts for at least two hours, sometimes three.

There is an absolute synergy between trimix, PDE5, and even arginine/citrulline. I take 5mg Cialis every morning (which by itself wouldn't do much of anything as far as an erection for me), and two Now Brand arginine/citrulline capsules. It makes the trimix, which we use later in the evening several days a week, work much better. And I can use less trimix and get a much greater result.

I would caution that any person considering trying this, first use a low dose trimix by itself. This is to make sure the person does not have a sensitivity to one of the ingredients or have a tendency towards priapism. Only then consider adding PDE5 or arginine/citrulline.

denwa4485: Welcome to the forum. I haven't had RP but there's a synergy for me combining 100mg sildenafil (generic Viagra) with 35-45 units Trimix. I get a reliable 2.5-3 hour erection as long as I hit a corpus with the needle. I take the combination simultaneously and in 20-30 minutes, I'm ready. This is an "official" treatment, described by my urologist. When I first started the combination, I took the sildenafil, waited an hour, and then injected 10 Trimix units. Over the next several days, I titrated up the same way we are instructed when beginning Trimix. I haven't needed Sudafed (yet) since I'm real careful keeping records (one side needs more than the other). Sildenafil reduces my blood pressure somewhat.

You're the first guy I've met who injects both sides. I only inject one side because my nurse practitioner says there's enough communication between corpi as long as you squeeze the shaft 5-6 times after injection.

I read on this forum someplace that for best injection results your penis should be semi-erect. Not able to fluff adequately so use a small shot to jump-start the process. So far so good and what ever works. So far no sign of any negative issues with injecting.

Just spitballing the jump-start. A pump might be a lot of contraption. But what about a cock ring, just a stretchy silicone recreational kind that is easy to put on / take off. Couldn't that lead to at least semi-erection and the bigger landing zone for the needle?

I don't like the idea of drilling more holes in my dick than necessary so the 2 shots per event is not something I'd be inclined to do. But we do what we have to do. I have NO fluff before injecting. It's just not going to happen. But I manage OK. I suppose I could use a VED to pump up some but I'd have to use a ring too as without one I deflate very quickly. It would be like trying to hit a moving target. So do whatever works for you but try to find a method that doesn't involve 2 injections. I figure every injection must create at least a tiny bit of scar tissue so why push it.

Agree the less needle pricks the better. After 5 or more years of injecting once or twice a week... dont see any signs of damage. However I rotate sides and have my GF ( love this part ) fluff it up while standing watching her beautiful tits jiggling .. Sometimes get a full erection but it rapidly goes to a semi. Then alcohol wipe then inject and press alcohol wipe where the needle came out for a minute and squeeze shaft 5-6 times on the way back from the bathroom and have her play with it a bit to full erection. Total time 5-7 minutes. Ready to rumble !!!

The most potent combination I’ve discovered is 50 mg of viagra 1-2 hours before planned sex. This gives me the 3/4 stiffy that makes injecting much easier and enlarges the head for added stimulation to increase the likelihood of orgasm. I only have to take 5-6 ml for a two hour 100% erection. With this combo, it may soften a little after orgasm but quickly recovers to continue the fun…
