Too Veiny on Left Side for Injections

Hey all. Looking for some advice on this issue with injections I've encountered. My left side has one huge vein that runs right through the ideal injection areas. I've been injecting around this vein but it has to be done very precisely and is nerve wrecking. I have way more room for injections on the right side without that complication but understand we're supposed to rotate sides to minimize fibrosis. It's just my injections so far have worked much better on the right side and the ones I've done on the left side have resulted in very small bruise markings and I have to inject more to the side of my penis because of the veins. That's resulted in failure.

I'd check with your doctor on that.

Otherwise I'll tell you that you'll get better with practice. You'll find that with practice and proper needle angle you don't need to be exactly at the 3 or 9 o'clock position. That way you can more easily avoid the veins. You can do 4 o'clock or 8 o'clock and 2 and 10 o'clock if you angle back up or down toward the centerline. You can also move up or down your dick a fair bit without issue. Remember, never force the syringe plunger. If it's hard to depress then you're in the wrong spot.

A tine bruise will happen. Sometimes you'll drill through a tiny vein you can't even see to avoid. It'll go away.

Thank you. You've unknowingly been my most helpful guide through this journey lol. I think I'll have to fluff a bit more on left side injection days. And accept the fact that I may hit some small vessels around that bigger vein from time to time and bruise a wee bit. That's happened twice and the bruises have gone away within a day or two. My girlfriend knows I'm injecting so it's not like I have to explain the marking.

When I was injecting found it difficult to use the left side. Lack of coordination? Not sure. I used the right side for 2-3 years, however I did develop a bruise that has not gone away in 5-6 years.

I apply my cock ring to start an erection to have a bigger target. I than inject nearer the glan, about 1 inch down from it.The clinic I went to instructed to inject 1 inch from the base which was real bad for me. Near the base is a lot of scar tissue and large veins

Yeah I don't go close to the base either. If I get too close to the base the physical jab actually hurts.

I was told to inject directly above two fingers up from my base in 1 and 9. The veins on the left are an issue for that and I'm going to need more real estate to work with. Knowing that some of you are injecting higher up is comforting since I've read injections are less effective for many the higher they go up the penis. I feel I can now work around those more difficult areas and still inject towards the target area. I also feel I'm still injecting too far on the side of the penis - even a little unintentionally - and I need to center the injections more in the 1 to 3 and 9 to 11 areas. I had lackluster results with my first three injections and then a good two hour erection on my fourth which wasn't as much on the side but also resulted in some mild bruising.

I'd recommend 2 to 4 and 8 to 10.

I was told to inject in the middle third section (rather than measuring in fingers, since we have different lengths).

Injected on the left side and developed a hematoma, dark black and blue amount an inch square. It’s been three days and still there, maybe starting to fade. Never had this before. What did
I do?
