Tylenol or Advil worked best to take the edge off for you?

Had to up my dose and was thinking of taking Tylenol or Advil to help with the PGE pain. Which one would you think to be more effective if you don't have real world experience with using both types to alleviate the soreness.

I never had any pain from trimix or quadmix using a 31 gage needle. Nsaid's cause delayed orgasm and desensitivity.

I can't believe nobody's thought of trying acetaminophen (Tylenol) or ibuprofen (Advil) to lessen the ache from PGE.

I'm thinking Advil might be more effective because it has the added benefit of reducing inflammation, Tylenol does not.
