When titrating up dosages, do you ever get swelling on one side and not the other?

I've had this happen to me in the past (it just happened again today), and I'm fairly confident that it just means I'm not using enough trimix, but I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this.

I'll inject trimix and the side I injected on will swell up and get fluffed up while the other won't swell up as much making my penis bend away from the side I injected on (I do not have peyronie's). This seems to subside when the medications subside. When this happens I won't get a hard involuntary erection, but it does make it a little easier to maintain once aroused.

Either I haven't injected enough medication, or it missed, but more often when I miss I won't get any effect at all. What I don't understand is why doesn't the medication distribute evenly across the two corporal bodies?

I believe your reasoning is correct. You either didn't inject enough or missed with part of the dose, with the same result. I have had that happen a couple of times.

Is it because you got the incorrect dosage or missed it? Before when I was injecting (just getting back into it after not doing injections for almost 2 years) it would either work almost too well or not at all. Like I go up 4 units and finally hit the sweet spot and end up with a 3.5 hour erection that starts to get a little worrisome other times I would get zero effect. The swelling I think is actually making it into the corporal bodies but just not enough. Though I did get a little bleeding and bruise from this one so I don't know.

In my case it would have been a partial miss as my dose has been steady for years. However a partial miss would be the same as an insufficient dose as with the partial miss you're getting an insufficient dose.

I don't know what your issue is. Just guessing I think either of two issues (or both) are causing your problem. Either your technique needs work and you're frequently getting partial or complete misses or your mix is too strong and small adjustments or for that matter small partial misses have a very dramatic effect. Your mix should be weak enough for you so that small inaccuracies in in dose or technique don't have dramatic results.

Partial miss is possible. I use an autoinjector which pushes in the medication itself.

How many units do you use? I know it varies greatly per person, but just curious. Before when I got semi consistent results I was using 14-16 units of 20MCG/30MG/2MG. I think that's double strength trimix?

Unfortunately I can't really give any advice on autoinjectors as I've never really used one, although I have one. I personally don't see how they could work reliably for the purpose although they obviously do work well for some guys. You can't tell by plunger resistance or aspiration if you're in the correct spot. I'd be lost and probably have a bunch of misses too.

Here goes anyhow: I don't "fluff before injecting, well because I can't really do that, but if you can that might be an option that could help. From my previous readings on this forum at least 1/2" needles are required for the autoinjectors as the mechanism itself eats up some needle length making shorter needles just too short. sildenafil (generic Viagra) may help you fluff and boost the injection too. If you haven't yet, try some novelty/sex shop silicone cock rings. They may hold the juice in a bit longer allowing it to work. They also could help with fluffing if one is put on before injecting but I have no experience with that. But be warned, the reject rate is pretty high until you find the novelty rings that work for you.

I use a mono-mix consisting of just alprostadil (PGE1 or prostaglandin) and saline. I'm currently using 14 units or for solo adventures 8 units. My mix is 80mcg per ml. I do supplement with a silicone cock ring or sometimes sildenafil (generic Viagra).
