A while ago someone posted the different on line sources to buy the stronger stuff my pge is 45 PAP 1 AND PEN 27 so standard not working the list had different strengths please re post thanks

I think you should separate the notion of "online" vs "remote". Some of these places may still need live interaction. From my research notes I have heard tell of these places:
Olympia (of course!)
MenMD
Empower
Fort Wayne Custom Rx (these guys may just be like "any other" local compounding pharmacy, not sure)
I'm not so sure how much pricing difference you're going to see from reputable places like Olympia vs a good local compounder. But, I think a place that does higher-volume like Olympia (vs the local compounder that makes all kinds of Rx) might get a nod for that reason alone.
