...aside from the awesome reliable erections of course...
...is the phase where the medication is wearing off but hasn't fully worn off, when your erection has gone down, but then kissing a woman or thinking about sex will make it go up rock hard again.
It takes me back to being a teenager with a totally reliable erection that would occur whenever I thought about sex. My body eagerly responding to sexual signals was something I took for granted. It's nice to get a flashback of that feeling once in a while.

My favorite part of using trimix...
44, ED problems began around age 28 when I was on finasteride for hair loss, and also got circumcised so I lost a lot of sensation. Pills gave me bad headaches and other side effects. Now using trimix 30/1/20. So far so good.

I haven't timed it. I'm usually falling asleep around that time. But it's probably 30-45 min.

Ok, just did my first ever injection. Trimix had been sitting in the fridge for a few months waiting for me to do something about it. Hard for 30 mins and the phase mentioned by slipnslider has lasted like an hour.

TwoStep, how much did you use and what strength was it. Im about to take my first injection as well and i like hearing about success stories. I have the Trimix 30/1/10/ml and i think im gonna use 3 or 5 units for my first inject just to test how i respond
42 yrs old. Trimix 30/1/10
Re: My favorite part of using trimix...
Similar to yours it seems: 10 is for alprostadil 10 μg/mL, right? Mine is 8 μg/mL alprostadil. I was also doing 3 units to test it out (The prescription recommends 10 units).

Never had that, natural or with medication... :/
40 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.

Your 16 year history of injections is very encouraging, especially since you seem to use it often. You must have done around 2400 injections by now?
But I recall you’ve reported that the hardness is moderate, not great. Has it always been that way or did the erection strength decrease over time?

It barely works lately, the last 3-4 years i'd say. Almost 0% "usable" erections without the help of 1 or more cockrings.
But it DID work well for quite a few years at the start, with the occasional misses probably caused by bad technique. Basically at the start it was like ~10% miss, now it's ~10% success.
So, sadly, it's not all at encouraging, at least not for me.
