Sunshine, welcome to the forum. I have been using trimix for 3 years now and am still using the amount I started with, 20 units. I would say that the effectiveness depends on the strength of the mix and of course your body. You will have some misses, all of us who use it do and you will hit a vein or two and get some blood but with practice you will get better. It will help getting the injection in the right spot and miss any veins if you can get a partial erection before injecting. If married have your wife help you get a partial, girlfriend or partner. I am 75 and I use a VED to pump up a partial erection and then inject. Makes things a lot easier. For what it's worth trimix gives me the same cock I had at 18!

I switched from pills to trimix 2 years ago because the side effects of pills and their limitations were too great. Day long headaches, diarrhea, plus you can't eat food or drink alcohol when you use pills and isn't that what most people do on dates before sex? Go to dinner and have some drinks?

Trimix is much less convenient and trickier to use, but a much more effective medication without any side effects. The drug goes right where you need it and doesn't affect the rest of your body.

IMHO a natural strong erection is best followed by a strong erection with PDE 5 inhibitors followed by a strong erection with injections. Can’t comment on implants. I see no reason to move up the scale until erections become weak.
I find a hard erection is most pleasing to me and my spouse.
All in all we are lucky to have options.

Sunshine you have no history in your signature so sorry if this is old news or doesn't work: consider PT-141 to go along with the Cialis. Can't use > twice/week and no two situations are alike, but for me the two together when used correctly are pretty amazing.

When I was using Trimix, after finding the right strength and amount, I would have amazing erections, often lasting 2+ hours. Over time it took stronger and stronger strengths, and larger doses, until I was using 70 units of the strongest strength made. The residual pain which followed had gotten horrible at those huge levels. In the beginning, those were amazing boners though.

I've combined 100mg sildenafil with Trimix once a week for three years now with excellent results. No side effects except a slight Trimix ache after the action. Instead of needing more Trimix as time goes by, I actually use a little less now. I guess we're all a little different.

Well my final Effective Dose of Sildinafil/viagra
Was 100 mg. But my body Recently decided that it did not like that in the last five times I took it I would get low blood pressure. Kinda scary first time it ever
Happened, 90/50..
So the Doctor suggested Trimix
Low dose 22.5/0.83/8.3
She gave me First shot at office earlier this week
40-units
By time i got home 35-40 later
I was Hard as a Rock for over an Hour
And after Ejaculation stayed 70% for another 1-1/2 hours before
Back to normal..
Almost a perfect Dose for what I wanted..

Have been using straight PGE-1 for 5 years with no issues. Had slight aching dick when first started but hardly noticeable now. Will stay on injections as long as it works then will just give up. But for now its a miracle with slightly increased dose.
